Classes will be presented by certified Vinyasa yoga teachers, Christine van Blerk and Michelle van Blerk, a mother and daughter team, offering yoga daily in the Gaia Yoga Temple, situated at Turtle Cove in Tofo (www.turtlecovetofo.com).
The focus will be on asanas (postures), pranayama (breathing) and dhyana (meditation). In Vinyasa yoga we work with the synchronisation of movement and breath, there is an equal emphasis on strength, stamina, flexibility, breathing and relaxation.
